We're back. A big thanks to everyone who came out to Varsity Bar on Sunday. It made returning home that much better. Although we were only gone for 10 days, we all missed Austin very much.

Our sessions at Sun Studios were awesome. A big thanks to James and Matt (Sun Engineers).... I think I can speak for all the guys in saying it has been an absolute pleasure getting to know you two baby bitches and we look forward to crossing paths real soon.

We still have a lot of work ahead of us to get the songs ready, but we are looking forward to it ..and can't wait to share it with everyone .. when the time is right.

(...and if you're reading this today (8/24) you should stop and get yo' ass to the Hole in the Wall for The Bread.)

Aug 15th -
So Louisiana was a good time. I (Kristian) almost caught the van on fire, but as it goes, turns out all I fucked up was Blake's pillow...and I guess $15 bucks. We won a bit of gas money from the "El Dorado" and almost all got arrested in Arkansas..
We closed the set last night for a "40 and feelin' fine band" of Beatles/Gospel singers whose smiles made me feel like I should be in Church every day and twice on Sunday.
We met up with our man Wes, got half-priced beers, good burgers and got our best night of sleep in days. We hit the studio tonight at 6:00pm. Aren't you excited?

oh yea ... i sort of caught Blake's hair on fire too .. just a little though .. it was fine.
